How it works

From table to queue in four steps

A few seconds for your guest. One tap for your staff.

  1. Scan the table QR

    Guests open the table QR with their phone camera. No app download required.

  2. Verify by phone

    Sign in with an SMS code sent to a +90 number and KVKK consent. The device is remembered for 30 days.

  3. Redeem a credit code

    Load credits with a 5-character code bought from the bartender, or scan its QR code.

  4. Request and boost

    1 credit = 1 song. Extra credits move songs up the queue, ready to sync to Spotify.

Simple, transparent pricing

Buy credits from Komuz and sell them to guests at a price you set. All prices include VAT.

Venue packages

Packages combine a verified-user quota and a credit pool. SMS costs are included.

  • Example package: 100 users + 1,000 credits
  • Bartenders issue 10, 50 or 100-credit codes (minimum 10)
  • You and your bartender are alerted below 200 credits

Requirements

What your venue needs

No extra hardware. Use your existing sound system and Spotify account.

  • Spotify account

    Music plays through your venue’s connected Spotify account and device. Komuz only manages the queue.

  • Music licence

    Your venue is responsible for the licences required to play music in public (for example, MESAM/MSG).

  • Table QR codes

    Print your QR sheets from the panel. Manually replace a leaked code with a single tap.

  • A phone for the bartender

    Staff issue credit codes with one tap, track shift totals and manage the live queue.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Komuz runs in the browser. Just scan the QR code on the table.

What if someone adds an unsuitable song?

Staff can remove a song, skip and refund its credits, or skip and forfeit credits with an optional phone ban for the night.

Can credits be used at another venue?

No. Credits are only valid at the venue where they were purchased.

Can the same song play back-to-back?

No. Songs already in the queue cannot be added again. Recently played songs have a 20-minute cooldown.

This form is not accepting applications and sends no data yet. When enabled, venue, contact, city and phone details will be used to evaluate your pilot application and contact you. Phone numbers will be encrypted at rest. The final notice identifying the data controller, legal basis, retention period and your rights will be published after legal review, before applications open.
